Will the Minister list in a tabular form the following information in relation to Planning applications which were initially applied for in the years 2005 to 2010 inclusive and which for one reason or another have not yet been determined or withdrawn –

  1. the date of the initial application;
  2. the site and nature of the application
  3. the reason(s) why each application has not been determined or resolved indicating –
  1. the date(s) and reason the Department sought new information or changed its requirements;
  2. the date(s) and reasons the applicant has sought voluntarily (ie not at the behest of the Department) to alter their application;
  1. the date upon which these applications have been reviewed since initially applied for?
