Question

Further to the answer provided to Written Question 201/2021, will the Assistant Chief Minister state –

  1. the start date of the permanent Project Director for the Our Hospital project;
  2. the length of the permanent contract;
  3. whether or not the terms of the contract are the same as those of the interim Project Director post, and if so, why this is the case;
  4. whether or not travel and subsistence form part of the remunerative package; and
  5. whether or not it is a requirement for the post-holder to be resident in Jersey?

Answer

A permanent Project Director has not been appointed and the interim Project Director's contract, which was due to terminate at the end of December 2021 has been extended until July 2022 following approval by the States Employment Board. Given that the permanent appointment has not yet been made, terms have not been agreed.
