In your letter of 21 August 2019, you requested information regarding the Government Plan in advance of the public review scheduled for 19 September 2019. I understand the Chief Minister wrote to the Chair of the Government Plan Review Panel, which I am sure will have been shared with you. It outlines the approach to the provision of common elements of supporting information as requested by all the Scrutiny Panels which will or has already been sent to you separately, in particular:
- Supporting documents for expressions of interest
- Council of Ministers' papers
- Details of any external stakeholders and internal groups or boards who may have been involved in the development of these projects and projects or actions the Minister(s) were involved in
- Identification of links between actions and projects
