6th August 2020 Dear Chief Minister

Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel – Non-Disclosure Agreements

The Panel formally requests information on the number of Non-Disclosure Agreements that have been signed by departing Government of Jersey employees, from January 2018 to present. If this number could please be broken down by department and by year.

We note a Freedom of Information response, from 4th July 2019, stating that these were not recorded in a reportable format, however the Panel assumes that this would now have been rectified.

We would also like to take this opportunity to enquire if the States of Jersey Code of Conduct, the online copy of which was published in 2002, are being updated? If so, could you please outline what changes are envisaged and in what timeframe.

We look forward to your response, if this can please be provided by Monday 17th August. Yours sincerely

Senator Kristina Moore

Chair, Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel
