5 June 2020 Dear Minister
Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel
Exit Interviews with the Tax Office/Revenue Jersey
In your letter to the Panel on 25 March 2019 you informed us that you were awaiting advice through Senior HR colleagues regarding our request to obtain redacted copies of exit interviews for the Officers and Directors who have left the Tax Office and Revenue Jersey. Please could you confirm whether you have received confirmation on whether it would be possible to share these interviews?
We thank you for the additional information that you provided in your letter, and for the clarity provided by the Comptroller on the vacancies within Revenue Jersey and its operating complement. If it is not possible to share the interviews, please could we request any available information about the content of the interviews from those not yet disclosed.
Please could you provide the requested information by close of business on Friday 12 June. We are extremely grateful for the work you are doing, and for providing the States Assembly with continuous updates on tackling COVID-19 in Jersey.
Yours sincerely
Senator Kristina Moore
Chair, Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel
