Dear Disability Strategy Implementation Group,

PAC Review of Estate Management

I am writing to you as part of our ongoing review of how the Executive manages its property portfolio.

Following the publication of the Disability Strategy Update in February 2021, we would like to know if you have had any experience or communication with Jersey Property Holdings or other property-owning departments within the States of Jersey. We are particularly interested in understanding what experience and communication you have had with these bodies regarding accessibility to States-owned buildings.

Please could you forward this letter to any appropriate contacts or stakeholders you believe would be interested in providing a submission on these issues, and we would like to receive all submissions by 30 April 2021, by email scrutiny@gov.je with the heading TO PAC re Disability Access'.

In keeping with Scrutiny policy and in the interests of full disclosure, this and the related correspondence will be published in due course of the Scrutiny website.
