Anti-Corruption Arrangements
The Comptroller and Auditor General published her report on Anti-Corruption Arrangements on 27th January 2021, and its Executive Response has been provided to the PAC and is awaiting publication. The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) is currently in the process of drafting a comments paper in reply to the Executive Response, and would value your comments on the conclusions reached in both documents in your capacity as Greffier of the States, particularly in reference to Recommendations 6, 7, 9, and 20-24, which specifies a separate response to be submitted by yourself.
This will serve to allow the PAC to obtain a completed range of Actions in response to the recommendations made by the Comptroller and Auditor General, and to inform its own comments.
We would be grateful to receive your contribution by Friday 2nd March, so that the PAC may consider them for its comments paper prior to its presentation to the States Assembly.
