Migration and Population Review Panel Review of Migration Control Policy (Phase 1)

I refer to your response to the Panel's letter of 12th January 2021 which confirmed your agreement to defer the debate until 2nd March 2021. The Panel will do its utmost to complete its work by the 15th February 2021 and if appropriate lodge any amendments by the 16th February 2021.

The Panel also notes Deputy Huelin's responsibility for migration and population matters indicated in the letter. Therefore, the Panel wish to invite yourself, Deputy Huelin, and Deputy Martin to a public hearing on Wednesday 3rd February at a time that is convenient for your attendance.
