Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel R.4/2021 - Office Accommodation Land Transaction

The Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel formally requests that the written report authored by the Director of Jersey Property Holdings accompanying Ministerial Decision MD-PH-2021-001 (31- 41 Broad Street & 19-29 Commercial Street, St Helier: Lease) be forwarded to the Panel to allow for  correct  scrutiny  of  R.4/2021  Land  Transactions  Under  Standing  Order  168(3)   Office Accomodation Project, 31-41 Broad Street & 19-29 Commercial Street, St. Helier – Lease.

The Panel understands that this report is Qualified Exempt under Articles 33 and 34 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011, however wishes to express concern that it has not been shared with Scrutiny prior to the lodging of R.4/2021. We wish to remind the Chief Minister that such information can be received by Panel members, or indeed the wider Assembly, and be kept in confidential manner under the standing orders of the States of Jersey.
