Dear Chief Minister

The Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel formally requests that the written report authored by the Director of Jersey Property Holdings accompanying Ministerial Decision MD-PH-2021-001 (31- 41 Broad Street & 19-29 Commercial Street, St Helier: Lease) be forwarded to the Panel to allow for correct scrutiny of R.4/2021 Land Transactions Under Standing Order 168(3) – Office Accomodation Project, 31-41 Broad Street & 19-29 Commercial Street, St. Helier – Lease.
The Panel understands that this report is Qualified Exempt under Articles 33 and 34 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011, however wishes to express concern that it has not been shared with Scrutiny prior to the lodging of R.4/2021.
