The Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel [the Panel] is writing to you, noting the proximity of the scheduled debates, of P.12/2022 Order In Council: Adoption Of New Canons and P.10/2022 Draft Ecclesiastical Legislation (Consequential Amendments) (Jersey) Law 202-.

On the 14th January 2022 you kindly provided a private briefing to members of the Panel. During the private briefing a number of questions and points of clarification were raised to which you advised that comments may be provided. The Panel wishes to enquire as to whether it is your intention to lodge an addendum or comments to the Assembly in order that further information on the Propositions is provided to allow for clearer understanding in time for the debate.

The Panel looks forward to receiving your confirmation and would appreciate it if this could please be provided by Monday 21st February 2022.
