Changes to the Objects and Purpose of the Ann Alice Rayner Fund (P.92/2021)

Following the publication of your Comments Paper on the 14th December 2021 in response to the concerns raised by the Assembly during the debate on the 23rd November 2021, the Panel would be grateful if you could please confirm whether you intend to re-issue P.92/2021 and include reference to the term philanthropic', in order to clarify your position on this issue.

Further to this, the Panel would be grateful if you could please outline whether you intend to bring further changes to the proposition to respond to further concerns raised by the Panel in its Comments Paper.

The Panel would be grateful if you could please confirm your thoughts on these items by Friday 14th January 2022.
