I write to you in response to your letter dated 24th January forwarding the results of the consultation process following the Panel's request for this information.

Following receipt of this letter, the Panel has been provided with a briefing from officers within your department and following further consideration, the Panel has agreed it will present comments to the Assembly prior to the debate due at the sitting on 8th February.

The Panel would also like to thank you for agreeing to defer the debate on this proposition to allow us time to undertake additional work.
