It is hoped this paper will be completed and lodged before the deadline of 14th January 2022, in time for the debate due to take place the following week. Our officer is currently liaising with officers in your department with a view to providing further information.
Lastly, we note the debate is stated as not before 18th January 2022 for the following propositions

The Panel would very much like to review these in more detail and we would be grateful if you would consider deferring the debate to the next States sitting due to take place on 8th February to allow us adequate time to complete our work.
If you have any questions regarding this or any other areas of our work, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours sincerely
