Dear Sam,

I hope this letter finds you well.

Thank you for your later dated 14 October 2022.

I fully appreciate the need for the Panel to have sufficient information to conduct scrutiny, and further to your request I understand business cases are being made available to all Panels for the new projects and programmes in the Draft Government Plan 2023 – 26.

We also understand that you are working to a tight timeframe, however, the requirement to respond today and to complete the necessary collation exercise has posed some challenges. Accordingly, I append the available business cases for amounts included in the Government Plan in my own areas of responsibility. Some items do not have final business cases at this stage, notably in relation to "Support for Ukrainians in Jersey";  "100  Day  Plan   Cultural  Centre"  (where  the  requirement  is  being  further  developed);  and "Community Fund" (where the terms of reference will be developed).

I would be content to discuss this matter further, so you have a full understanding of these matters, and look forward to providing further information shortly.

Yours sincerely

Deputy Kristina Moore Chief Minister
