Dear Chief Minister,

Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel 100 Day Plan and Information Request

At the Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel's meeting on Monday 25th July 2022, the Panel agreed that receiving a progress update on your 100 Day Plan would be beneficial in the organising of its work programme. Subsequently, I write to request a briefing on the progress to date on your priorities for your first 100 days.

Additionally, the Panel also requests to receive the following information via a formal written response:

An update on your upcoming work programme to include any legislation in the pipeline.

The lodging timeline in respect of the upcoming Common Strategic Policy and Government Plan 2023 - 26.

A progress update on the establishment of the Public Services Ombudsperson and any consultation documentation and law drafting instructions in that regard.

I  kindly  request  that  you  liaise  with  our  Committee  and  Panel  Officer  on  the  necessary arrangements for the briefing. The Panel would appreciate to receive a formal written response and the requested information by Thursday 4th August 2022.

Yours sincerely,

Deputy Sam Mézec

Chair
