The newly appointed Children, Education and Home Affairs Scrutiny Panel congratulates you on your appointment as Minister and we look forward to working with you during this electoral term.

The Panel is hoping to arrange various meetings, briefings, and site visits in the next few weeks, and we are grateful for the assistance provided by your officers to facilitate this work. For your reference, we hope to arrange the first public quarterly hearing in October 2022, and our officers will be in touch to schedule this at a mutually convenient date.

As an initial query, please could you provide the Panel with an outline of your priorities for the next six months, including any propositions that you intend to lodge for debate in the States Assembly?
