Administrative Matters
- Records of Meetings
To note that the records of the meetings held on 8th March and 27th March 2024 will be provided for the Panel's approval at its scheduled meeting on 24th April 2024.
- Declarations and Conflicts of Interest
Members will be asked to note the declaration of interests section in the Scrutiny and Public Accounts Committee Proceedings Code of Practice and consider declaring any relevant interests relevant to the items on this agenda.
Briefings and visits
- Andium Homes
The Panel will receive a briefing and a site visit with officers from Andium Homes Ltd.
- Comptroller and Auditor General
To receive a briefing from the Comptroller and Auditor General about her role and forthcoming reports from the Jersey Audit Office.
Scheduled briefings
- Rented Dwelling Licensing
To note that the Panel is due to receive a briefing from the Minister for the Environment and officers on Rented Dwelling Licensing on 24th April 2024.
- Long term financing of infrastructure projects
To note that a briefing with Government Officers on the long-term funding of infrastructure projects will be held on 8th May 2024.

To review and approve the draft Scoping Document for the Panel's forthcoming review of the Marine Spatial Plan.
