1.

The Panel discussed the implications of the recent site visits upon the review and the work programme and future actions of the sub-Panel.

It was agreed that the officers should obtain a list of stakeholders that Promar intended to contact, and ascertain which of these had been contacted already.

The Panel also expressed an interest in making a further site visit to a small farm, to gather further information.

Officers were directed to pass the terms of reference to all dairy farmers.

2.

The Panel amended a revised draft call for evidence', and decided that the terms of reference should not be included in full as this would produce an unappealing advert that would not be effective. A short series of questions was recommended for the sake of brevity and clarity.

The call for evidence was to be inserted in the Jersey Evening Post as a quarter-page advert on Friday 1st and Friday 8th September.

The  Panel  delegated  authority  to  the  Chairman  to  approve  the revised call for evidence.
