1. Item 2 10th Jan 2007 | Approval of Retail Strategy Review The Panel, having considered the matter of its next review at its last meeting, received documents pertaining to a proposed review into the Retail Strategy of the Economic Development Department. The Panel considered timeplans and a scoping document for the proposed review, and decided that it represented an important subject of significant public interest. It would be necessary however to conduct the review in a timescale of approximately 12 weeks and to present a report to the States on or before 5th April 2007. Accordingly, the Panel agreed to undertake the review immediately. The officer was directed to take the appropriate action. | NJF |
