Hanson – fees The Panel noted that invoices had been received from Advocate Hanson in the sums of £2,250 for work carried out in respect of the fulfilment report, and £250 for revision of that re[port once produced. 2. | S.R.7/2006 – Recommendations The Panel recalled that it had presented S.R.7/2006 The impact of the fulfilment industry on the local economy' to the States on Monday 30th October 2006. In light of the lack of action from the Council of Ministers in respect of the recommendations of that report, the Panel decided to develop a projet to be lodged au Greffe' asking the States to request the relevant Ministers to carry out the recommendations therein. The Chairman undertook to discuss the recommendation that the Chief Minister formulate a central appeals process for the States with other Panel Chairmen to ensure that they agreed with the Panel's findings. | GS |
3. | Offshore Solutions Limited The Panel was informed by the Chairman that he was dissatisfied with responses received from the Economic Development Department in respect of the future of OSL. Accordingly, the Panel delegated authority to him to approve a press release in the regard to be made available at the appropriate time. | GS |
4. | Dairy Review – Update Deputy Breckon informed the Panel that the final draft of the Promar consultants' report had been received, and would be considered by the scrutiny, stakeholders and the executive at a series of meetings next month. |
