[11/12/06, 1. Overdale Review

Item 10] An agenda had not been prepared and distributed as the Panel had

agreed  at  short  notice  to  meet  to  consider  the  draft  report  in

relation to the Overdale Review.

The Panel, with the Social Affairs Sub-Panel (Overdale Review) in attendance, considered the draft copy of Overdale: The Closure of Leoville  and  McKinstry   Ward s. Following  consideration  of  the report,  the  Panel  (and  Sub-Panel)  amended  the  draft  report accordingly.

The  Panel  agreed  that  the  report  would  be  distributed  with  a covering statement from the Chairman. It further agreed that the report  (once  printed)  would  be  distributed  under  embargo  until 6:00am on 3rd January 2006 on which date it would be presented to the States.

The Panel was advised that the draft report, as amended, would be e-mailed to the Sub-Panel and Panel on 27th December 2006 for Members to give their approval on 28th December 2006.
