[11/12/06, 1. GP Out-of-Hours

Item 9] The Panel met to consider its draft report for the GP Out-of-Hours

review. As the meeting had been called at late notice, a formal

agenda had not been prepared and distributed. The meeting was

specific to one review and Deputies S. Pitman and J. Gallichan

were not therefore required to attend.

The Panel considered the structure and content of the draft report.

It requested  that  a draft be  circulated  for consideration  on 5th WM January  2007. The  Panel  gave  consideration  to  the  eventual distribution of the draft report (once completed).

The  Panel  considered  the  potential  impact  of  the  co-operative WM service on the surgeries that had previously been maintained by Cleveland  Clinic. It  agreed  that  a  request  would  be  made  for clarification on this matter.
