Health, Social Security and Housing Scrutiny Panel Telephone Mast Sub-Panel
Meeting 6
Date: 23rd March 2007 Meeting conducted by telephone
Present Deputy A. Breckon, Chairman
Deputy C, Egré, Vice-Chairman Senator B.E. Shenton Connétable M. Jackson
In attendance C. Le Quesne, Scrutiny Officer
Ref Back Agenda matter Action 1 The Sub-Panel noted that due to time constraints on its officer CLQ
assistance to interpret the data it had collected in face to face interviews with the public as part of its review would be beneficial
in order to expedite the completion of its report.
The Sub-Panel therefore authorised its officer to retain the services of Mr. T. Bunting as statistician who normally undertakes freelance work with the Consumer Council. The Sub-Panel agreed that given the tight time scales that it was working to it would not be practical to go to tender for this minor work.
The Sub-Panel was advised that the work would not exceed £250.00 in total. Mr. Bunting would provide an overview of the findings and trends for inclusion into the report to meet with the Sub-Panels schedule.
Signed
