[31/03/08, Item 5] | 1. 2009 Annual Business Plan Ahead of its Public Hearings with the two Ministers within its remit, the Panel agreed an allocation of £700 to be spent on the transcripts of the Hearings. The Panel noted that it had received a copy of a report on HMP La Moye considered by the Council of Ministers in November 2007. It was agreed that it would be beneficial to see the minute of the relevant discussion and the Officers were therefore requested to take the appropriate action. Subsequent to the Public Hearing with the Minister for Home Affairs, the Panel noted that it had not been feasible to ask the Minister all the questions that had been identified ahead of the Hearing. The Officers were requested to collate the unasked questions and put them in writing to the Department. | WM /TO WM /TO |

The Officers were requested to e-mail the Panel with an update on the work that had been undertaken to date. | TO |
