It was noted that there was sufficient budget for the remainder of 2008 for the appointment of an advisor. The Panel approved a draft engagement brief to be used during the search for potential candidates. The Panel considered and approved a draft scoping document for the review and agreed a preliminary budget of £9,550 that included provision of £7,000 for the eventual engagement of an advisor. |
