[18/08/08, Item 1] | 1. Social Inclusion – Mont-à-l'Abbé The Panel recalled that it had previously approved the draft Social Inclusion – Mont-à-l'Abbé report and that the report had subsequently been distributed to Senator M.E. Vibert , Minister for Education, Sport and Culture, for comment on the factual accuracy. It was noted that correspondence, dated 16th September 2008, from the Minister effectively provided a Ministerial Response to the report. The Panel further noted that, at the request of the Chairman, the Minister had been contacted and had consented to his correspondence being appended to the report. The Panel approved the revised report and noted that the appropriate action would be taken for the report to be presented to the States. | WM |
