1. Item 1 02.01.08 | Juniper Visit. The Panel noted that Juniper Staff were making a second visit to the Island. Dr. E Archer would visit on Thursday 14th February 2008 to view the current Energy from Waste Plant, La Collette site for the proposed Plant and the Green Waste Composting Facility. This was to be in the company of Transport and Technical Services Officers for the technical information needed by Juniper. It was noted that a working lunch would need to be provided and £60 was agreed for this purpose. The advisor would be hosted by the Scrutiny Officer for the day. Dr Archer would be joined by Mr J. Schwager on Friday 15th to conclude the meeting with Transport and Technical Services staff on technical issues.
