[07/01/09, Item 3] | 1. Work Programme During the course of undertaking Scrutiny training, the Panel met and considered matters relating to its Work Programme for 2009. During this deliberation, the Panel recalled its agreement that consideration would need to be given in due course to the areas of Information Services; Human Resources; and Emergency Planning. It was agreed that, in accordance with Standing Order 140, the Vice-Chairman would act as rapporteur in relation to these issues as well as that of shared services. It was further agreed that the Vice-Chairman would meet the Scrutiny Officers to draft a framework for his work as rapporteur that would subsequently be circulated to the Panel for approval. | CE WM/ MR |

Deemed Rent The Panel considered Draft Income Tax (Amendment No.32)(Jersey) Law 200- (P.161/2008), noting that the previous Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel had presented comments on the draft law. The Panel agreed that it would question Senator P.F.C. Ozouf , Minister for Treasury and Resources, on the matter when it met him on 23rd January 2009. It was further agreed to advise Mr R.
