BDO Alto Report: Operation Rectangle: Review of Efficient and Effective Use of Resources

The Panel approved an extension to £1400 to the estimated budget for the review due to the requirement to transcribe additional hearings and also to cover travel and accommodation expenses for one of the witnesses.

Draft Civil Partnership (Jersey) Law 201- (P.85/2011)

The Panel approved a comment on the draft law and requested that it be presented to the States.

 

 

Future of Education Green Paper

The Panel having considered the draft Green Paper and the briefing from the Minister for Education Sport and Culture on the same agreed to  write  to  the  Minister  expressing  disappointment  in  the  lack  of analysis of future options for the education system. Members agreed that it would not be appropriate to review the Green Paper but would await to see how the Department responded to the public consultation. The Chairman undertook to write to the Minister accordingly.
