513/35 | 1. Report The Sub-Panel considered draft heads of report. The Sub-Panel identified matters that it would seek to address in the report and it agreed the drafting would commence. The Sub-Panel considered the reports due to be received from each Scrutiny Panel. It was agreed that the reports would be distributed to the relevant Executive Departments in order that the factual accuracy of the reports could be checked. Consideration was also given to whether the reports would be presented as an addendum to the Sub-Panel's own report or whether the reports would be presented ahead of presentation of the Sub-Panel's report. It was noted that the Chairmen's Committee had already considered this matter and agreed that the reports would be presented alongside the Sub-Panel's one. The Sub-Panel agreed that the Committee should be asked to reconsider the matter. The Sub-Panel considered the timetable for presentation of its report and noted that the intention remained for presentation to occur on 19th October 2012. It was agreed, however, that the briefing to States Members would be moved to 23rd October 2012 in order that the expert advisors could be present. | WM / JH |
513/35 | 2. Amendments The Sub-Panel considered matters relating to the draft Medium Term Financial Plan (MTFP) in respect of which amendments could be lodged. |
