Work Programme Having considered the content of the transcript and recent information on the drafting of a Financial Ombudsman Scheme, the Panel agreed that there was some concern that several of the potential Review topics that it had identified may be inadvertently converging to points before the summer recess that could make it difficult for it to undertake its work, without the possibility of causing some delay to the Minister's plans. The Panel agreed to write to the Minister to request precise and detailed timetables for work being undertaken in the following areas, to be forwarded in advance of its next Panel meeting on 25th April: Financial Services Ombudsman Incorporation of Airport and Harbours Economic Growth Strategy Jersey Business Digital Jersey Tourism PPP Skills Strategy |

06/03/12 Item 2 515/23 | 4. Aircraft Registry Due to delays in the Panel's planned public work on the Financial Ombudsman Scheme, because of the likelihood that the law drafting process wouldn't now produce a publishable version of the legislation |

| for at least several weeks, the Panel agreed that it would make an immediate start on its Review Aircraft Registry. It agreed to draft a Call for Evidence and written submission request letters from key stakeholders.
