3. Sports Strategy

The  Panel  agreed  a  page  for  the  Autumn  Scrutiny  Newsletter requesting feedback from the public on the Sports Strategy

4. 2014 draft Budget

The Panel agreed to submit comments to the Corporate Services Panel's review of the draft Budget in respect of the following matters:

  • Enhanced  income  tax  threshold  for  parents  of  children  in Higher Education
  • Additional  capital  funding  for  sports  infrastructure improvements
