It had requested a number of IT Business Plans from the Education, Sport and Culture Department following recent school site visits, to assist preparations for final Public Hearings and report writing, and after some delay had received the majority of the requested documents. The outstanding Plans were due to be received in the coming days. |

Retail Policy Review The Panel discussed the next steps of its Review, following its attention having been drawn to the recent circulation of the Economic Development Department's draft Retail Development Plan to a small number of selected stakeholders. The Panel agreed that it was most disappointed, given the advanced stage of its Review and the obvious importance of the Plan to its Review, that it had not been made aware of its development at an earlier stage by the Department, that the Department had failed to |
