13/05/15 Item 1 517/30 | 1. Respite Care for Adults The Panel met with the Director of Adult Services to discuss work that was currently being undertaken by the Department in regards to short break services for respite care. This briefing was held in private in accordance with the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 (as amended) under Absolute Exemption Articles 25 and 26. The Panel agreed to postpone drafting a letter to the Minister for Health and Social Services regarding the development of its review until the week commencing 25th May 2015. The Panel also agreed that report drafting would be postponed until it had received advice from the Health Department regarding when confidential information could be made public. |
