01/10/15 Item 3 517/23 | 1. Expert Advisor The Sub-Panel noted that there had been four expressions of interest from potential advisors. After discussing the matter, the Sub-Panel tasked the officer to arrange conference calls with each potential advisor and that these should be organised to take place during the Sub-Panel's next meeting on 29th October. The Sub-Panel agreed that it would meet at the earlier time of 2:00pm in order to prepare for the conference calls. In order to ensure that there were no conflicts of interest, the Sub-Panel requested that a list of advisors used during the future hospital project was obtained from the Health Department. | KB KB |

Confidentiality Agreement The Sub-Panel noted that in order to obtain a part B Council of Ministers paper, the Chief Minister's Department had requested that a confidentiality agreement was signed. The Chairman requested that all Members of the Sub-Panel signed the agreement and subsequently the document was signed by all Members present at the meeting. The Sub- Panel agreed that the two Members who were not present at the meeting would sign the agreement as soon as possible.
