	1. Records of Meetings The record of the meeting held on 9th February 2015 was approved and signed.
	2. Conflicts of Interest The Committee noted a declaration of interest from Deputy J.A. Martin in respect of the Committee's review of repairs and maintenance conducted by Andium Homes. Having considered the nature of the declared conflict, the Committee agreed that it would be unnecessary for Deputy Martin to withdraw from proceedings. The Committee noted a declaration of interest from Connetable C.H. Taylor as a member of the Jersey Sea Cadets.
	3. Port Galots – Sea Cadets Relocation The Committee recalled that on 24th February 2015 the Treasury and Resources Department had circulated to all States Members a report concerning expenditure incurred since 1995 on the project to relocate the Jersey Sea Cadets. The Committee agreed that all members of the Committee should be provided with a copy of the above report. It further resolved to consider at or before its next scheduled meeting draft terms of reference for a review of the matter.	Officer

Having concluded the above hearings, the Committee instructed its officer –

to make transcripts of the hearings available for consideration by the Committee at its next scheduled meeting, and in the intervening period
to request from Andium Homes a documentary submission confirming the company's response to R.9/2015 and including –

Documents presented to the Board of Andium Homes regarding the retendering of responsive repairs;
The business case presented to the Board of Andium Homes regarding the provision of a new line of business system; and,
A role description for an officer-tenant contact role discussed during the first hearing.
