1.  Quarterly Public Hearing

The  Panel  welcomed  the  Chief  Minister,  Assistant  Ministers  and Officers to a Quarterly Public Hearing. The hearing was recorded and transcribed.

2.  Jersey International Finance Centre (JIFC), Building 5

The Panel noted receipt of the following documents:

  • A draft report highlighting its concerns in relation to Building 5 of the JIFC
  • A letter from the Assistant Minister for Treasury and Resources providing further information in relation to Building 5

In light of the letter from the Assistant Minister, the Panel agreed that its concerns had been addressed and there was no need to proceed with publishing the report. The Panel thanked the Officer for his work in preparing the draft report.
