MTFP Addition The Panel discussed the appointment of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) as its expert advisor in relation to the MTFP Addition and the possibility of other Scrutiny Panels engaging with CIPFA should they require advice for their own reviews of the MTFP Addition. The Panel was advised that following a previous discussion with the Chairman and the Scrutiny Manager, the advisor had been contacted with a view to arranging a meeting with other Scrutiny Panel Chairmen. The Panel requested this be followed up. | JH |
