| 1. Records of Meetings The Panel noted the records of the meetings held on 31st May 2016 and 2nd and 13th June 2016. Deputy J. Hilton raised a query about the records which showed she had given her apologies at meetings when the Panel had discussed the zero-hour contracts review. The Officer advised that the query would be discussed with the Scrutiny Manager and the records would be deferred until the next meeting. | KB |

Zero-hour Contracts It was noted that, as Deputy Hilton had joined the Panel on 12th April 2016, she had not partaken in the review, and therefore would not attend the meeting. The Panel received a copy of the final report and approved it accordingly. The Officer advised that the report would be sent under embargo to all States Members and the media on 8th July and would be formally presented on 11th July 2016. It was agreed that the Vice-Chairman would handle any media enquiries as the Chairman was out of the Island on the 11th July. | KB |
