1. Hospital Process: Briefing

The Panel received a private briefing from the Department on the future hospital project so far. It was noted that the Sub-Panel had requested a briefing to be advised of following:

  • How Ministers arrived at the site shortlist
  • How the shortlist was assessed
  • How costings have been evaluated
  • How the process will be assured

This briefing was held in private in accordance with the Freedom of Information  (Jersey)  Law  2011  (as  amended)  under  Qualified Exemption Article 35.
