It was noted that since the previous briefing on the 15th December, the draft law had been lodged as P.16/2018. The background to the draft law and the proposals contained within it were discussed. Following the briefing, the Panel discussed the draft law and agreed to present a Comments paper to the States outlining the work it had undertaken. The Officer was requested to prepare a draft Comments paper for the Panel to consider. |
