Item 5 07/02/18 | 2. Charities (Jersey) Law 2014 The Panel noted that a number of draft Regulations under the Charities (Jersey) Law 2014 were due to be debated by the Assembly on 6th March. It decided to write to the Chief Minister asking him to defer the debate to give the Panel time to review the Regulations. |
