A number of further areas were identified which the Panel asked that further statistics be requested for. Based on the statistics it had reviewed, the Panel highlighted a number of key issues relevant to its review which it considered should be included within its final report. |

Access to Justice (Jersey) Law It was noted that the Draft Access to Justice (Jersey) Law (P.50/2018) had been lodged by the Chief Minister on 27th February 2018 and was scheduled for debate on 9th April 2018. It was agreed to write to the Chief Minister to request that the debate of the Draft Law be deferred until after the election of the new States Assembly in May 2018. |
