The  Panel  discussed  the  letter  it  had  recently  received  from  the Chairmen's Committee which requested the Panel to formally respond to the complaint which was made by the Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture Department by Thursday 5th April.

The Panel agreed that it would endeavour to write a response in the short timeframe that the Committee had provided. It was further agreed that the Vice-Chairman would draft a letter and would circulate it to Members on the morning of 5th April for Panel approval.

The Panel agreed that the letter for the Assistant Minister, which was originally intended to be sent to the Department on 29th March, would no longer be forwarded.

The Officer was requested to ascertain when the Chairmen's Committee intended to undertake its investigation and whether its conclusions would be made publicly available.
