Further to your request for the Employment of States of Jersey Employees (Jersey) Law 2005 consultation document, the document is in draft format and we are not in a position to share this yet. Once we have finalised the consultation document, we will arrange for this to be shared with the Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel.

What is the departure timetable for the current Jersey Appointment Commission Chair?

The current Chair of the Jersey Appointments Commission will remain in post until the end of March 2022 to facilitate a transition period.

What is the recruitment process for the new Jersey Appointment Commission Chair?
