Dear Sir / Madam,

I truely believe that Taser Guns should not be allowed in the Island. The reason for this is that they have been proven to KILL! We are all in a privileged position because the proof of this is everywhere. The Police may say that it's safer than using guns and yes it is, but in my view it's like a game of Russian Roulette - sometimes your lucky and sometimes you KILL someone. There is no excuse for these weapons. If an armed response is needed and the Police are trained they can always shot the person in the leg or arm with a gun. The thought of our Police walking around with Tasers in their pockets full time is an incredibly damgerous one. What happens if the officer panics and decides to use the Taser instead of conversing with the person. It's obvious if the Taser is there to be used, it will be and it will KILL.

Take a look at the link below concerning a Polish man who was killed by a Taser Gun - that should be enough for all of you to make a quick and proper decision.
