I absolutely support the opt-out process for organ donation except in the case of minors, where a parental/guardian decision would need to be made with a set age for this to happen.
I also think it would need a lead in time and plenty of publicity, so that people have the opportunity to think this through themselves.
There would also need to be very clear guidelines as to how the opt-out procedure is made. With all good wishes
