- To review the draft legislation with particular regard to:
- parity of treatment under the law for civil partnerships and married couples and;
- the broader context of potential reform of inheritance laws
- To examine any further issues relating to the topic that may arise in the course of the Scrutiny Review and which the Panel considers relevant.
