The purchasing of goods and services by the States of Jersey impacts on people all over the Island from retailers to tradesmen and other service providers. Rather than simply just looking inwards at the performance of the Procurement Unit, the Committee also wants to understand how islanders trading with the States feel about the States as a customer.
