​The review will look at the existing services available to children, adolescents and their families and will also look at other jurisdictions to see how the services in Jersey compare.

Terms of reference

  1.  To assess the current assistance and available services for children, adolescents and their families to include:-
  2.  - Comparison of existing available services to those in other jurisdictions
     - To determine if the existing available services are compliant with EU Regulations
     - To assess if the off island resources used by the Department meet the needs of the individual 
  3. To identify the role of service users and service providers and identify any matters that may need to be followed up and reviewed to include:- - The relationship with individuals and organisations whom CAMHS buys services from
  4.  - The long term monitoring of individuals and organisations who provide this service
  5. To examine existing resource and man power provisions
  6. To examine the systemic planning and explore how the existing service matches the case load
